Matcha Green Tea Frappe! [Recipe]

I love most green tea flavoured things such as drinks and edibles and my top favourite has to be a matcha green tea frappe! My first taste of one was actually a bubble tea drink! I've seen my friends get Starbucks Green Tea Frappucino when they're abroad but sadly they don't serve that over here in the UK! So I thought to give it a go and make my own!

I bought the matcha green tea powder a few months ago because I fell in love with the drink! It meant that I can make my own green tea drink whenever I want! All the ingredients were what I had in the house so it was quick to whip up. I will share with you the recipe on how I make my frappe! Perfect drink for hot weather :)

Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie! [Recipe]

Peanut butter and jelly is a popular sandwich filling in America and I only came across this craze a few years ago from hearing it on TV shows! I never actually tried a PB&J sandwich until last year! I actually thought they used GELATINE jelly on the sandwiches and thought it was rather odd... I had to look it up to find that the American's "jelly" is our "jam" haha. Confusions! Upon finding that out, I made my own PB&J sandwich and to my surprise, I quite liked it! I don't like peanut butter on it's own in a sandwich so the jam helped! I also like putting honey as an alternative too mmm sweet goodness!

I came across this smoothie a few times and it sounded interesting so I thought to try it out :D I liked eating it so I took the risk in having it for a drink! Surprisingly, it was nice! Haha a strawberry smoothie with an added kick of peanut butter! For all you peanut butter and jelly lovers out there, you should give this a try!

Coffee Frappe! [Recipe]

I loveeee coffee!!! Not straight though, needs to have sugar and milk involved lol

As Summer has arrived, I've been making a lot of cold beverages! I enjoy a coffee frappe and usually get it from Starbucks or McDonalds. But I don't have time to walk up there when I'm working so I started making my own! And why not share my recipe that I use :)

I usually make this coffee and drink it hot but not in this weather... Oh no sir-ee...

Coconut Chia Seed Pudding! [Recipe]

I've been trying to eat a little healthier these past few weeks and it's been very hard!! Stopping myself reaching for that candy bar or a handful of strawberry lances that I love oh so much... *starts fantasising* I must resist!!!!

I have a sweet tooth and to completely wipe sugary goodness is just out of the question here. So I've been finding other substitutes to cure those cravings! Sometimes eating only fruit doesn't do it so when I came across this pudding, I just had to give it try! I've also read good things about chia seeds and have been incorporating them into everything I consume haha and I also love all things coconut! Bonus!

This pudding is so simple to make! Especially when the weather has been so nice, it's refreshing to eat! If you wish to try it out, the recipe is below :)

Korean Spicy Rice Cakes! [Recipe]

I actually love cooking and baking and I will share the recipes I love on here with you guys :D

One thing about me though is that I only cook when I like the kitchen! I'm weird like that. I hate cooking in confined areas or if the kitchen is messy, my kitchen is a bit of both hence why you don't see me cooking a lot lol when I cook, it tends to be at someone else's house which will be at my cousin's for this post! :P

If you've been reading my posts recently, you'd have notice that I've been loving the Korean Spicy Rice Cakes recently! So why not attempt to make my own? The recipe I followed was adapted from my friend Julie's ! You can check out her blog linked on her name :P

Let's get started!

Serves: 6-7 people
